A tendency towards idealism and perfection can often lead to stagnation. While thinking has its place, the path forward can only come from taking action.
There is an inherent discomfort of beginning something new. This transition can feel unfamiliar and discouraging, but it will pass.
A mind that is constantly noisy and overactive can return to the present moment, where things are simpler than we imagine. The future isn’t promised and the past is long gone; all we really have is the now.
